Tower Hill Medical Centre
It says opening time is 10:00am. I went here earlier wanting to have early access. But I have been waiting for more than 1.5 hours and the doctor still not show up.Lots of patients are waiting and it is a waste of our time without knowing why the doctor is running late.And it is not the first time. If the doctor can not be punctual, they should change the opening hour to 12:00am instead of 10:00am!Such a bad experience and a waste of time.

Intrepid Medical Centre & Walk-in Clinic
Excellent clinic, the reception staff are welcoming and helpful. Dr Numfor is patient and takes his time to listen to your concerns and make the relevant referrals where necessary. I never feel rushed and usually leave with my concerns resolved. Great family doctor, my daughter and husband go here too. The pharmacy staff are also personable and very quick. I suggest calling or emailing to make an appointment before you go because it can get busy.

My original family doctor retired 2 years ago and we were referred to Dr. Ng. I have high blood pressure and Dr. Ng does a very good job during this difficult period of time. Now I have left knee problem, he has provided exceptional service for me. Dr. Ng is so nice and so is his assistant Ms. Lin. Needed a walking clinic looked this one up on line, it indicated it was open and wait times were lower than usual. Went to the clinic and they had a sign up stating the walk in was CLOSED! checked the web again still said it was open

Doctor Arina Melnik is my family doctor for many years. Being physically active person I am glad to have Dr Melnik my doctor as I never know what kind of medical help I will need next.As any family practice some patient need more time what cause of the delay for other patients. It is not a news.Saying this. Dr Melnik treats all patients regardless their race, religious believes and political views.Please be respectful and do not bring your political problems into her office. She is The Doctor!

Terrible service!! Booked an appointment with Dr. Alara as a new patient and after the appointment she told me that she would not be accepting me as a patient of hers because I am “too complicated” and she would need to put too much effort into me because I haven’t had a family doctor for about 2 years. Told me to return to a nurse practitioner, not even a doctor, from before COVID and that was the best she could do for me. What a waste of time!!
